busy, busy, busy

With finally a little breathing room I check out this blog. I couldn't believe it had been 5 weeks since I had posted last. I have been absolutely swamped with coaching and work as we wrapped up 1st semester and as we get ready for state indoor. I have been trying to log miles in preparation for Coyote 2 moon. Last weekend I took 13 athletes to the Simplot Games in Pocatello. The competition was great and I even got to get on the boards myself on Saturday. Top that off with a couple of runs on dirt (mud) and a 1600 best-it is the first time I have broken 4:40 since 1993, which was one of the few times I ever dipped under 4:30...If you have the free time the video of the race is below.

We continue to get pummeled with snow. Makes me anxious to hit the dirt in Cali next month.

I was carrying it...it's a new super-ultralight model made by Ultraspire...it's as light as air, and invisible to boot.
